Dean and the team at Rapid Autobody have provided nothing short of an exceptional service and have gone above and beyond in every way possible.I brought in a 12 month old Hyundai Santa Fe with paint peeling off after having no luck with Hyundai or the dealerships and being sent around in circles for 8 months.Before they even started work on the vehicle they spoke with DVG to double check and see if I could claim the paint defect under warranty (turns out this is near impossible with Hyundai) and my insurer to see if I could claim it under insurance.Although I ended up having to pay cash as RAC deemed the issue to be under warranty, I was more than happy to because of their professionalism, quality of work, and willingness to do everything they could to seek the best outcome for the customer.If I could give them 10 stars I would!
